Juvenile Court

The Juvenile Division of the Family Court has jurisdiction over all custody and child support matters where the parties are not married. Additionally, other types of cases filed in the Juvenile Division include delinquency, traffic, and unruly offenses for minors, as well as cases which involve Children Services.
